One of P1 Technology’s long standing customers, Panel UK produce modular office screen systems. They have instructed us to provide consultancy on various projects, mostly involving 2D to 3D conversions of plastic injection moulded components, resulting in the production of batch prototypes to verify their designs.
Photorealistic renders have been produced by our CAD designers for them to use in presentations to important clients. FEA (Finite Element Analysis) techniques have also been adopted in order to help optimise designs for manufacture to comply with British Standards.

P1 Technology were approached to provide 3d cad concept visuals for a major proposal to potential investors. The client's concept was to incorporate both hot and cold water into a one pipe heating system. The reduction in pipes required for a standard heating system needed to be clearly indicated in the visual which was felt as the most important selling point of the concept. Our designers produced the 3D CAD in SolidWorks and the finished visuals were rendered in Photoview 360.
